Tesla Plant Audit – A Milestone in Quality Assurance
Recently, we had the privilege of preparing for a plant audit by a quality engineer from Tesla. For a factory of our size, this was both a meaningful milestone and a humbling opportunity. It pushed us to examine every process through a new lens – not just to meet standards, but to truly understand what it means to build trust with a world-class partner.

Preparation for the inspection went far beyond checking boxes. We opened our doors, our processes, and our minds. We reviewed every production step – from raw material incoming inspection to final calibration and packaging. We revisited test records, re‑calibrated equipment, and strengthened our traceability systems. More importantly, we encouraged our team to ask questions – not out of fear, but out of a genuine desire to learn and improve.

What we value most is honest, transparent communication. Throughout the preparation, we maintained an open dialogue with the Tesla engineering team. We clearly shared our capabilities, while also highlighting areas where we are actively evolving.
